Soldiers can hail a taxi or use the airport shuttle to HHC, Fort Bragg Reception. There is a friendly line at the Fayetteville Airport to call the front desk at 1 (910) 396-4244 for transportation. Many airport taxis require cash, which is about $30 for a one-way ride.

Fort Bragg Shuttle
You will need to show your military ID to enter the post. If you do not have your military ID, you will need your driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. Your vehicle will likely be searched if you enter the post for the first time or without a military ID. So you may want to build a little extra time into your travel plans to allow for this delay. After passing through the access control point, take the second exit onto Reilly Street. Go into the far left lane and turn left onto Normandy Drive. The Soldier Assistance Center is on your left.
The Fort Bragg Receiving Company is a 24-hour operation serving all active duty soldiers, including the XVIII Airborne Corps, 82nd Airborne Division, USASOC, tenant units and the Active Guard Reserve, as well as the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at all the students who attend. Questions about processing or permit extensions should be directed to the HHC, Fort Bragg front desk.
Soldier Support Center processing stations include assignment verification and determination orders, personnel, financial, medical record review, issuing and updating ID, post-vehicle registration, dental examinations, ACS, Juvenile Services, CIF and transportation. They are open every day from 08:00 to 17:00.
