Sabo offers two full basketball courts (floating wood floors); can be used for basketball, volleyball and football. In addition, it can be used to modify, place, redistribute commands, etc.

Built in 1963, Lozada PFC has 27,618 square feet. In 2011, an additional 7,200 square meters was added to the facility. This addition was designated as the weight room. The facility offers:
Lozada PFC has a full-size basketball court with a synthetic polymer coating, a large cardiovascular zone and a mixed sauna. Additionally, Lozada has a large weight room and Spin bike/Well Beats room.
Lozada has a multi-purpose room equipped with Bosu balls, kettlebells, rowers, yoga mats, plyometric boxes and stability balls.
Estep Fitness Center is the newest addition to Fort Fitness Centers. As a former fee-paying health center, Estep still offers many of the amenities it once did, but with the added benefit of free daily use of the facilities. Estep continues to help you improve your health and well-being by offering instructor-led classes and personal training at a nominal cost. The Estep PFC also becomes home to the Alpha Warrior Battle Rig, a functional conditioning structure designed to enhance the soldier's combat skills. This fitness center has a mixed spa area that includes a sauna, steam room and locker rooms.

The cardio room is stocked with ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, Adaptive Motion Trainers, the Summit Trainer, Jacob's Ladder, and stairwells to encourage you to reach a healthy heart rate! Estep is proud to operate a well-maintained facility and aerobic fitness program that offers a variety of classes to meet the needs of each client.

Popular classes from certified instructors such as Zumba® Fitness, Cycle, Total Pump, R.I.P.P.E.D.®, TRX® Circuit, Belly Dancing, Pilates, POUND®, Sweat & Sculpt, Dance Club Fitness, PiYo® and more can be found here. A unique program created in Estep is Boot Camp Xtreme (BCX). The five- to eight-week intensive program consists of three basic fitness fundamentals: cardio, strength and agility — and it's as physical as it is mental. BCX is offered twice a year with a spring and fall session limited to 20-30 participants. BCX is held outside the elements and at various locations throughout the MWR, rather than within the walls of the Estep.
Estep has a dedicated team of employees, most of whom are trained, qualified and/or certified in some form of fitness, such as personal training or group/specific fitness. The team is continuously trained to industry standards. Estep's standard of quality is undoubtedly one of the best it has offered in almost a quarter of a century. Estep is an ever-evolving place for fitness. It can be difficult to keep up with the fast-paced trends, but rest assured, the Estep team is moving forward in industry and society.
The Estep Fitness Center is open to all active duty, retired, National Guard, DoD civilian, contractor, family and guests.

Gertsch PFC is located in close proximity to several residential and commercial buildings. It is easily found outside the outpost, coming from Gate-6. Built in 1970, Gertsch PFC has an 8,560-square-foot weight room with a variety of resistance machines and exercise stations.

Barre: This class is a choreographed blend of dance, Pilates, yoga, and functional training. During this class, you'll use the ballet barre, focusing on small, pulsating movements. You focus on shape, alignment, and centering. The repetitions are high and the range of motion is usually small. Join us as we work to build lean muscle mass, improve flexibility, balance, posture, endurance and muscle definition.
Body Sculpt: Body Sculpt is a full body workout that keeps you guessing and transforming your body with a variety of activities including strength training, cardio conditioning and core work.
